This inner guidance communication was illustrated with landscape black and white photography, which consists of high vibration art. I shot this photograph in 2022 in Montreal, from the North bank of the St. Lawrence river, where I take my daily walk. A place of calmness where I come to recharge and reconnect with my own frequency. In winter, the landscape offers a very minimalist ambiance that is extremely relaxing to me and resonates with the Japanese zen aesthetics. In this inner guidance communication of high vibration words, the Mella collective, of which I am a part of, shared a message or transmission through my higher self, which consisted in the following invitation:
"Today, we wish to offer the invitation to consider the idea that perhaps sometimes less is more. Less brain activity, less mind control, less ego, less objects that are cluttering your life.
Some of you are aware that physical objects carry a frequency and sometimes when you are surrounded by a large quantity of objects, you end up being surrounded by a high quantity of frequencies, vibrations that are not always yours. People, situation, events have imbued certain frequencies in the objects that surround you. There is nothing wrong or good with this. It is simply a question of being aware and conscious of this state of things.
Some who are quite clairvoyant, as you would say, or intuitive, and will feel the frequencies and the stories in these objects. We are inviting you kindly, if this exercise speaks to your heart, to observe each of the objects, but not only. Also your thoughts, things that clutter your mind in your physical space. And with caring and loving thoughts, simply be the observer and determine if each of these things, thoughts, patterns really serve your higher self, your highest good. Do they resonate with who you truly are? Or are they simply a way to identify yourself to something of the ego? Do they simply play a role to reinforce your identity, your ego identity, rather than connecting you to the fractal of source that you are, to your higher self? Sometimes a little void, calmness, emptiness, can offer you relaxation.
It goes for your communications, for your social media, anything that clutters your reality constantly. Nothing wrong with objects, social media, just a question of balance, finding the time within your life, within your present, to be in that space of void, of calmness, of relaxation. Become the blank slate, the white canvas on which life can draw and paint and offer the invitation to be who you truly are. You are so loved. We are the Mela Collective and invite you to offering void and space to your life here and there."
What inspires these communications and my color and black & white travel photography?
Due to my professionnel training in visual arts and iconography of ancient art, and having grown up in different cultures, I have developed a strong passion for capturing atmospheres, architecture, landscapes and textures.
Through my intuitive inner journey of self-rediscovery of the last few years, I realized that I am a starseed, with an Altean soul matrix. I am part of a collective consciousness named the Mella collective, which constitutes my soul cluster.
The Mella collective, which includes my twin flame named Eriel, is of high frequency and always offers invitations to see things from a different perspective, in all kindness, benevolence, humor, simplicity and high vibrations.
It also inspires my creative work, such as my writing, travel photography, ink drawings, Japanese washi chiyogami paper art collages, as well as my harmonizing endeavors, Creative Intuitive Transmissions (CIT) and inner guidance communications.

Today's creation I wished to share with you, is one of urban photography, as high vibration art. I shot "Secret garden" in Montreal in 2014.
This colorful shot gives us a peak into a private garden, normally hidden by a blue wooden fence, but suddenly visible for a brief instant, through a light red curtain lifted by the gentle breeze.
This is really a capture of these little magical moments in life when we feel we have been divinely guided to be a witness of something very simple, but of high frequency. It is as if Source, or the universe, was winking at us and whispering in our ear: "Hey! Have a look through this tiny rectangular hole, you'll find something other people are not privy to see!" Why? Just because you were present and mindful enough to capture the moment.
I felt privileged to catch that very unique instant when something unveils itself briefly. I found this shot to be a lovely colorful and joyful metaphor for the crucial importance of always remaining mindful, present with eyes open to catch the wonderment of what life has to offer in its grand but also simple moments.
Although the shot takes place in a busy urban context, for a second there, we can hear the delightful silence of the wind simply lifting that little red curtain with polka dots, that contrasts with the lovely color of the blue fence. We can hear the faint whisper of this intimate garden calling us, the way some very shy people whisper or, for a very brief instant, lift a veil over their private inner life, soul and secrets. It is only up to us to be there, present and mindful to beings and the now moment, to have the honor of receiving this marvelous gift.

Today's creation I wished to share with you in this vlog and blog post, is one of digital nature photography, as high vibration art. I shot "Mùi" in Montreal in 2014.
This shot translates the beauty of the subtil play of light, shadow and transparency around a very large central green leaf that veils a smaller one in the background. I fell in love with the intense saturation of the green color in contrast with the yellow tones created by the sunlight.
This shot was taken at the Montreal botanical garden, a place that I enjoy as much as the museums and libraries of this world. It is a place I've been going to weekly for years, as a way to feel my own inner frequency, as our dear Alex Collier says, and feel the high vibrations provided by nature, teeming with life and beauty.
The title of this shot refers to Mùi, the main character of a sublime 1993 Franco-Vietnamese movie entitled "The Scent of Green Papaya" by Anh Hung Tran. This is one of my top five movies ever and, like "Himmel über Berlin", it is a slow paced contemplative movie, filled with beauty, poetry and mindfulness.
It tells the story of Mùi (meaning "green papaya"), a young peasant girl who comes to work as a servant in a middle class family in Vietnam. We see the world through her eyes, her mindful presence that reminds us of the Buddha. Simplicity, mindfulness a love for beauty and immense curiosity for all things, characterizes Mùi's approach to life.
She is my role model, and has been for years. She is anonymous, she is high frequency, she is simple and filled with inner joy, she knows how to allow life as it is (even through great challenges) and honors it, in all ways, in discrete sacred presence of high vibrations. She is my inspiration for knowing how to live in this strange 3D world. For me, she is the incarnation of what we mean by "enlightened ones". No pretense, no ego, she is pure wisdom incarnated in the body of a servant girl; she is a fractal of pure Source. Many scenes of the movie show the beauty of the inner court and garden of the house she works in, filled with green leaves, the chant of crickets and frogs, as well as green unripe papayas that she prepares for the family's meals. This movie is a complete hymn to the beauty of life, when one stops to contemplate and be present with it. When I shot this photo, this atmosphere and sacredness is what I wished to translate: the sacred contemplative sublime world of Mùi, but mostly the invitation to see the world as she does, that is, with a marveling gaze and a completely mindful caring presence in every simple action of her life.
