As a bilingual French-Canadian living in Montreal, Abigaëlle completed professional trainings in classical ballet and visual arts, and holds postgraduate degrees in anthropology, with a specialization in ancient Egyptian iconography and archaeology.
 

Her intuitive inner guidance inspires Japanese chiyogami paper art collages and simple benevolent transmissions to support the collective since 2021, shared on her website, social media and YouTube channel "The grounded starseeds".

Since 2024, she has implemented and updates daily on a voluntary basis, an electronic index and a complete bibliography of Elena Danaan's crucial information at ElenaDanaanIndex.org.

Abigaëlle usually enjoys writing in poetic prose, including her publication in French entitled "Bleu". She has also explored her galactic memories in her book "Becoming Who We Are. Galactic and Inner Journey of a Grounded Starseed". Abigaëlle also creates digital photography and ink drawings.

"Mokusho" is in fact her name as a creator, which is a Japanese term used in Soto Zen meditation she practices on a daily basis, that could be loosely translated as "silent awakening" or "silent illumination". She intimately transposes this term as "silent light", since she has no pretension to be "awakened".

However, she does find deep contentment - or a quiet inner light - in a life where humor, conscious presence or mindfulness in being and actions, speak louder than words.
